The concept
Our mission is simple…

It is to make high quality delicacies accessible to all with a low impact on sugar levels.
To achieve this, all the ingredients we use are organic and do not contain gluten, dairy products, eggs and soy.
Since our opening, we have chosen to use mostly organic and natural products, respectful of the environment.
This includes our consumable raw materials (95% organic ingredients, fair trade products) and our non-consumable materials (cardboard and/or compostable packaging, natural cleaning products, etc.).
In addition, we use neither palm oil nor any ingredients of animal origin and without preservatives.
The breadth of our bio, VEGAN, SANS GLUTEN product range is recommended for all people who want to take care of their health, control their weight and reduce their daily sugar intake, it is also suitable for the controlled diet of athletes.

Pastry Chef Diop Mamadou
After training with Alain Ducasse and Christophe Michalak, the young Parisian adds his knowledge through international experience (Kingdom of Bahrain, Los Angeles, Paris…).
For the past 3 years, this young pastry chef has been defining the contours of a new pastry shop. Visionary, he imagines new agreements rooted in naturalness, organic, vegan, gluten-free and dietary.
To achieve this, all the ingredients we use are organic and do not contain gluten, dairy products, eggs and soy. In addition, we use neither palm oil nor animal ingredients.
